Developing services

What’s involved in migrating our finance systems?
We have extensive experience of migrating charities to Xero – our finance system of choice. We will quickly and accurately manage the full process, being mindful to keep your costs down - planning, data preparation, transfer, testing and training—to ensure a smooth and secure transition with minimal disruption to your day‑to‑day operations.
How can you help with financial reporting?
Some charities have come to us because they don’t know how to get reports out of their finance system that are clearly understandable for CEOs and Trustees. We understand their needs and help to build reporting templates which the charities can use on an ongoing basis.
When might we need interim support?
Interim support is ideal during leadership transitions, staff absences or periods of organisational change. We can help to provide experienced professionals who can maintain continuity, stabilise operations and keep key projects on track.
